You can sign up online or call our office and talk with someone directly. We’ll explain the rates, help with the signup and answer your questions without pushing you into a decision. There aren’t any hidden fees tucked into the plan.

When you contact us, you’ll reach our in-house team and get help from someone who works with Alberta electricity, natural gas and solar accounts every day.

We can provide utilities to eligible properties in Cold Lake North, Cold Lake South, and other parts of the city. We can also check many addresses in the surrounding rural area. Send us the property address or Site ID and we’ll confirm whether Camrose Energy can serve it.
Military housing is billed differently from one unit to another. Some homes have individually metered utilities while others have utility costs handled through the housing account. If you’re moving into a unit at 4 Wing we can check whether the address needs its own retail utility account.
