NATURAL GAS ON ITS OWN OR WITH YOUR ELECTRICITY

Camrose Energy offers natural gas rates for eligible homes and businesses throughout Cold Lake. You can sign up for natural gas by itself or keep your electricity and gas with the same retailer. Either way you won’t be locked into a long term contract.

Our current natural gas plans are available online or our team can go over them with you by phone. We’ll help with a new account, a move or a switch from another retailer. If you keep both utilities with us you’ll have one Alberta team to contact about either service.

SOLAR CLUB^® RATES FOR COLD LAKE MICRO-GENERATORS

Cold Lake’s longer spring and summer days can give solar owners a strong production season. The Solar Club^® HI-Rate lets approved micro-generators earn a higher credit for extra electricity sent to the grid during higher production months. Members can move to the LO-Rate when their system is producing less and they’re using more electricity from the grid.

The best time to change solar rates will depend on your own production and power use. Our team can explain how the Solar Club^® works, help confirm your eligibility and look after the signup. We’re also here when it’s time to make a rate change.

Camrose Energy is locally owned, Alberta run and based in Camrose. We’ve been proudly serving customers across much of the province since 2012, including Cold Lake. When you contact us, you’ll reach our in-house team and get help from someone who works with Alberta electricity, natural gas and solar accounts every day.

We also put part of our profits back into Alberta through our Community Connections Program. The program helps fund local events, community groups, and projects that bring people together. Our customers are a big part of making that possible.

CHECKING SERVICE AT YOUR COLD LAKE ADDRESS

We can provide utilities to eligible properties in Cold Lake North, Cold Lake South, and other parts of the city. We can also check many addresses in the surrounding rural area. Send us the property address or Site ID and we’ll confirm whether Camrose Energy can serve it.

Military housing is billed differently from one unit to another. Some homes have individually metered utilities while others have utility costs handled through the housing account. If you’re moving into a unit at 4 Wing we can check whether the address needs its own retail utility account.
